Intelligent mind-body training designed to support the unique demands of climbing.
As a climbing enthusiast herself, Marissa has long been interested in both the biomechanics and mental aspects of climbing. Developing balanced strength, joint stability, mobility, and body awareness can improve movement efficiency, support climbing performance, and help reduce the risk of injury.
Through individualized sessions using the Pilates Reformer and matwork, climbers can work to:
Build functional strength and a strong, responsive core
Improve mobility and flexibility
Develop joint stability
Enhance balance and coordination
Increase mind-body awareness
Improve breathing and movement efficiency
Support injury prevention and recovery
Climbing requires more than strength. It asks for coordination, awareness, adaptability, and the ability to bring mind and body together. Marissa is passionate about helping fellow climbers explore these connections, address individual goals and movement patterns, and find greater ease and confidence on and off the wall.
Sessions are 50–55 minutes.
